Can I modify or cancel my order?

We are able to cancel orders as long as they have not been packed and shipped yet (unless otherwise stated on the product page.) Please contact us through our help portal to request a cancelation, and we will reply via email to confirm. We will do our best to accommodate your request if possible, but we cannot guarantee a cancellation if your order has already been processed for shipment.

Please note that we are only able to issue refunds to the original payment method.
